1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using ClaimetryX™ (the platform), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
2. Access is licensed, not sold
Subscriptions and purchased publications grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own revenue cycle work, education, and internal training.
Professional and Enterprise plans are licensed by seat. Seats are for named individuals and may not be shared, pooled, or rotated to extend access beyond the purchased quantity.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
You may read, search, apply, and internally reference platform content. You may print or store copies for your own work.
You may not resell, sublicense, publish, post publicly, or otherwise redistribute platform content, purchased publications, toolkits, exam material, or course materials outside your license. You may not scrape, bulk-export, or use the platform to build a competing product or data set.
4. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
Subscriptions renew on the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
One-time purchases (individual guides and paid resources) are delivered as watermarked, per-buyer digital files tied to your account. Because delivery is immediate and the file is personalized, these purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a delivery failure occurred.
Trial or promotional access does not change the price of certification or purchased publications.
5. Certification and exam conduct
Certification eligibility, deadlines, attempt limits, and pauses are governed by the published certification rules in the Academy. Exam items, answer keys, and capstone material are confidential.
Sharing exam content, submitting another person's work, or attempting to obtain answer keys may result in a voided attempt, revoked credential, and loss of access.
6. Educational content — no professional advice
Content is educational and operational reference only. It is not legal, compliance, coding, or billing advice, and it does not create a professional relationship.
Payer rules change frequently and vary by product, plan, state, and contract. You are responsible for verifying any requirement against the current official source before acting on it.
7. No protected health information
The platform is designed as a reference and training service and should not receive protected health information (PHI). Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, member or account numbers, addresses, or any other patient identifier into Ask ClaimetryX, guided workflows, forms, or support messages.
PHI Prevention Mode screens submissions and blocks input that appears to contain identifiers, but it is a safeguard rather than a guarantee. You remain responsible for keeping every submission de-identified.
ClaimetryX does not represent that this zero-PHI design alone resolves your organization's HIPAA or business-associate analysis. You are responsible for evaluating your own relationships, contracts, and legal obligations. If your workflow requires a service that handles PHI, ClaimetryX is not that service.
8. Reporting security and privacy concerns
Report a suspected vulnerability, an exposure, or information sent to us in error through the contact page using the “Security or privacy concern” reason, with enough detail to locate the issue and no patient identifiers. Do not run load, denial-of-service, or automated scanning tests against the platform.
How we handle these reports and requests is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We may add, change, or retire features, content, and routes as the platform develops. We aim to keep published URLs working, and we may schedule maintenance that briefly interrupts access.
10. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant any reimbursement, appeal, audit, or certification outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimetryX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, denials, recoupments, or penalties arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected access in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, license violations, exam misconduct, or unlawful use. You may stop using the platform at any time and cancel from your account page.
12. Contact
