How does the Ask ClaimetryX add-on work?
Ask ClaimetryX is an optional $5/mo add-on to Individual Pro, bringing the total to $14.99/mo. It is never added automatically — you choose it at checkout. You keep source-linked answers, multi-turn conversations, and saved history.
How many questions are included?
50 successfully answered questions per monthly billing period. Each successfully answered follow-up question counts as one question. Requests that fail or are blocked do not count. Your remaining questions and reset date are shown inside Ask ClaimetryX.
Is certification included in any subscription?
CX-PCS is purchased separately at its published price, with the current membership discount where eligible. CX-RCL, including its final examination, is included with an active ClaimetryX membership. The Ask add-on does not change certification access.
Can I remove the add-on later?
Yes. Use Manage billing to remove the Ask ClaimetryX add-on or cancel your plan. Access continues to the end of the billing period you already paid for.
