Where to find denial references, guided workflows, guides, and certification content — and what each one is for.
Knowledge Base
Start with the question you have
- You have a denial code in front of you: open the Denial Knowledge Center and search the code. Every code has a reference page with plain-language meaning and a resolution path.
- You are not sure why a claim denied: open the guided troubleshooter on that denial page. It asks a few questions and returns the correct disposition.
- You want to learn the whole subject: use the guides, or enrol in a certification for a structured course with an exam.
- You want a quick, cited answer: use Ask ClaimetryX.
How the knowledge base is organised
- Categories group articles by the work they belong to — denials, prior authorization, coverage, coding, patient responsibility, payment posting, and payer articles.
- Every article shows the source it was built from and when it was last verified.
- Some articles are open to everyone; others are part of a paid plan and show a Member label.
