How to ask
- Ask about the rule, not about the patient: “what does CARC 97 mean and when can a modifier bypass an NCCI edit?” rather than anything tied to a specific claim.
- Name the code, the form, or the workflow step you are stuck on — answers are drawn from records tagged with those terms.
- Filter by domain when a question belongs clearly to one area, such as prior authorization.
What it will not do
- It will not answer from anything outside the published, validated ClaimetryX knowledge base, and it will say so when a topic is not covered.
- It will not accept patient information; submission is stopped before the question is sent.
